The MPA company offers an online sales service for adhesive decorations on windows, panels, signs, banners and vehicles, representing thousands of combinations of different models, sizes and colors.
The present general terms and conditions of sale govern the commercial transactions carried out on the en.mpa-pro.be website by the user from the moment he validates his order.
MPA declines all responsibility for the consequences of the content of texts, logos or personalized designs ordered by its customers.
MPA uses the best printing and cutting technologies available today. Nevertheless, color display may vary according to computer screens and MPA cannot be held responsible if the customer notices a slight difference between the final product and the one displayed on the screen.
The final preview available to the customer at the time of ordering takes the place of the personalized production order and may not be modified. By placing an order, the customer accepts the pricing and delivery terms applied. MPA cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions or spelling mistakes, as the customer has first checked the validity of his order before its final validation.
Payment must be made at the time the order is placed. At no time can the sums paid be considered as deposits or advance payments. MPA will collect the full amount of the order when the order is validated.
All orders are payable in euros. To pay for an order, the buyer may use any of the means of payment indicated on the order form: online credit card or Paypal.
As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information relating to your order may be transmitted to any third party for verification.
Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser on the order form, in mainland France and Corsica. For other countries, a surcharge will be applied.
Delivery times: delivery times must be distinguished from manufacturing times.
Delivery: the average delivery time from the MPA workshops is 5 days.
Exceeding this time limit may not give rise to damages, withholding or cancellation of the order by the purchaser.
In the event of a delay in delivery in relation to the date initially set, the purchaser must notify MPA by e-mail so that an inquiry can be made with the carrier and so that the quality of service can be improved. An investigation with the carrier may take up to 21 working days. If the product is found during this period, it will be immediately redirected to the delivery address indicated on the order form.
On receipt, check that the packaging is undamaged. If you have any doubts, unpack the parcel in the presence of the carrier and make the necessary reservations on the delivery note. Then, within 3 days, send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the carrier, with a copy to MPA.
Under no circumstances can MPA be held responsible for delays or losses attributable to the postal service or any other carrier.
In the event of delivery of a product that does not conform to the order, the purchaser must make a complaint within 14 days of receipt of the parcel.
Complaints must be made by e-mail or telephone and must include:
Under no circumstances may an order be returned without the prior agreement of MPA.
All MPA products are manufactured and personalized exclusively for its customers. In the event that the order has been scrupulously respected by MPA, the latter will not be able to make any reimbursement nor accept any retraction on the part of a customer insofar as the latter has validated his order via the Net.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to non-customized products, and in this case ONLY. The customer has a period of 14 clear days in which to return the product, bearing in mind that the cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility. MPA will not issue a refund, but will issue a credit note corresponding to the returned goods.
