Instructions for use.

Setting up the substrate

Before applying adhesive film, it's essential to systematically clean all surfaces, including recently repainted ones.

The use of greasy solvents such as methylated spirits is not recommended.

Installation.

Make sure substrate temperature is between 10°C and 30°C, and humidity below 80%.

Can be laid wet or dry.

Care

Always wait one week after application before cleaning the marking.

Use a cleaning product similar to that designed for high-quality painted surfaces. The product must be liquid, non-abrasive, without overly aggressive solvents and with a pH between 3 and 11 (without being too acidic or too alkaline).

High-pressure cleaning rules must be observed:

• Maximum pressure 80 bar.
• Temperature limit 25°C.
• Place the nozzle at a distance of less than 30 cm from the surface and 60 cm from welds.
• Ensure that the jet is perpendicular to the surface, without paying attention to edges.

Removal

The film has a permanent adhesive, making it difficult to remove.

The use of a heat generator can simplify film removal.

Potential residues can be removed using methylated spirits, which are strong enough to remove the adhesive without damaging the substrate.
